1-3A (1) BOONEVILLE (10-2) at 6-3A (1) Harmony Grove Ouachita County (9-2):

BOONEVILLE beat Osceola 52-20 last week, with Dax Goff (197 rushing, 1 TD) and Rylen Ray (101 rushing) leading the ground game. Jace Washburn threw 3 TD passes for 126 yards, with all 3 going to Dakota Mattinson. Hunter Warren had 10 tackles and a sack to lead Booneville on defense.

HARMONY GROVE OUACHITA COUNTY came off a first-round bye to pick up a 56-0 win over Newport. QB Caleb Johnson (12-15 passing, 161 yards, 3 TDs; 3-115 rushing, 2 TDs) got help from DaMariyon Billingly (8-73 rushing, TD; TD reception) and Damien Burns, caught a TD pass and returned an interception for a touchdown. Cameron Sanders had 7 tackles and a forced fumble on defense.

5-3A (2) Junction City (9-3) at 4-3A (1) GLEN ROSE (10-2): This is the first meeting between these teams. Junction City took down Walnut Ridge 63-50 to advance to the quarterfinal round. Dominique Grimes (22-289 rushing; 4-72 receiving) totaled 5 TDs and LaMontra Hankton (8-8 passing, 102 yards) contributed as the Dragons reached 531 total yards, with 429 on the ground. Glen Rose beat Perryville 37-0 to advance. Heath Ballance (96 rushing, 2 TDs), Rein Bland (56 rushing, TD) and Lane Franks (88 rushing, TD) led Glen Rose on offense, while the defense forced 5 turnovers.

BOTTOM OF THE BRACKET

1-3A (3) MANSFIELD (10-2) at 2-3A (1) Salem (11-0): Mansfield ended Hoxie's undefeated season with a 14-13 win to secure a spot in the quarterfinals for the first time since 2010. Daniel Burton had 107 yards rushing and receiving combined and Tyler Turnipseed had 84 yards rushing. Salem beat Jessieville 44-16 after getting a bye in the first round. Elijah Romine scored 4 touchdowns and Colton Smith returned a fumble 65 yards for a touchdown. 

4-3A (2) Bismarck (10-2) at 5-3A (1) PRESCOTT (11-1): Prescott opened the season with a 56-20 win over Bismarck, but Bismarck has bounced back to win 10 of its final 11. Bismarck upset defending 3A state champion Charleston 34-27 last week to advance to the quarterfinals for the first time since 1994. Against Charleston, Bismarck QB Ben Keithley (336 passing, 3 TDs; 132 rushing, TD last week) has totaled 1,825 yards passing with 22 TDs and 3 INTs for the season, while rushing for 956 yards and 15 TDs. Dalton Daniels added 196 yards receiving and a touchdown, while Johnny Diaz led the defense with 8 tackles. Prescott advanced with a 7-6 win over Fordyce. Jah’Noah Harris had 21 rushes for 88 yards. Pierce Yates had 19 rushes for 19 yards and a TD. Jamarion Burton, Marshawn Rafter, Rasheed Muhammad, Rocco Patrick and Talan Smith all had multiple sacks and tackles for loss on defense in the game.
