FAYETTEVILLE - Seven in-state games highlight Arkansas' 2011 football schedule.

The Razorbacks open the season with three consecutive home games, including one at War Memorial Stadium, before traveling for the first time to Alabama on Sept. 24. Arkansas opens its season Sept. 3 by hosting Missouri State in Fayetteville before welcoming New Mexico to Little Rock on Sept. 10 and returning to Fayetteville to face Troy on Sept. 17.

Following the trip to Tuscaloosa, Arkansas resumes the Southwest Classic by playing the third installment against Texas A&M at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Oct. 1. The next week, the Razorbacks return home to host Auburn on Oct. 8 before the bye week.

The regular season ends with a trip to Baton Rouge, La., to take on LSU on Friday, Nov. 25. The annual Battle for the Boot returns to Friday after Thanksgiving after being played on Saturday the past two seasons. The game will be nationally televised by CBS Sports at 1:30 p.m. CT. The SEC has also announced the 2012 Arkansas-LSU football game will be played the Friday (Nov. 23, 2012) following Thanksgiving and will be televised by CBS Sports.

All games on the Razorbacks' 2011 schedule will be televised. Additional TV arrangements and game times for the 2011 season will be announced as they become available.
