ARLINGTON, Texas - Hooten Publishing, Inc., earned two platinum and two gold awards for its football annual, TV show and radio show at the Hermes Creative Awards.

The 20th Hooten's Arkansas Football book and the 2012 TV show received platinum awards, given to only 15 percent of the 5,600 entries from across the country. The 2012 Delta Pest Football (radio) Report and the Hooten's Arkansas Football book (design) earned gold awards. Only 19 percent of all recipients earned a gold.

The Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals administer the Hermes Creative Awards. The AMCP consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, PR, digital media production and freelance professionals.

Platinum winners are recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity and resourcefulness.

"It's gratifying for our products to be recognized as exceptional by professionals who are looking at great stuff from across the nation," Hooten Publishing co-owner Chris Hooten said. "They are judging fantastic work from large corporations to big-city advertising and PR firms.

"Our staff is proud of our products, and we strive to make them better every year."
