No. 1 Bentonville vs. No. 2 Fayetteville.

These two battle in the 7A state title game for the second straight season. Kickoff is noon Saturday at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
Bentonville has won 25 straight, including a 41-6 blowout at Fayetteville on Sept. 26 and a 49-28 win over Fayetteville in last year's state title game. Bentonville's closest call in two seasons was a 38-34 overtime win over Fayetteville in the 2010 7A-West opener.
Bentonville outscores opponents 44-9 and has a plus-17 turnover. Senior quarterback Dallas Hardison has passed for 2,816 yards passing with 36 touchdowns and five interceptions.
Fayetteville junior quarterback Austin Allen played his best game last week, completing 19 of 29 passes for 327 yards and two TDs in a 24-21 win at FS Southside. Fayetteville was limited to 28 yards rushing on 28 attempts at FS Southside. Allen headlines a talented junior class at Fayetteville, including running back Brice Gahagans and defensive standouts Alex Brignoni and Brooks Ellis. Since losing Week 9 at Springdale Har-Ber, Fayetteville has won four consecutive games by a 41-18 margin.

LAST WEEK
