2008 Hooten's Arkansas Football Magazine
The 432-page book, in all color, is in its 16th year of publication and offers the most comprehensive preseason football coverage in Arkansas.
In addition to providing extensive coverage of every high school team in the state, the book also offers an in-depth preview of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Southeastern Conference. Arkansas State and every state college are previewed as well as all 119 Division I college team in America.
The book also features coaches' polls for each high school conference, a national college poll and high school super teams. For the first time, the magazine features dual covers. Arkansas Razorback coach Bobby Petrino and incoming freshmen Tyler Wilson, De'Anthony Curtis and Joe Adams are featured on one cover, while UCA quarterback Nathan Brown is on the other cover.
LSU is tabbed to win the SEC West, followed by Auburn, Alabama, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Arkansas. Georgia is picked to win the SEC Eastern Division, followed by Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky and Vanderbilt.
