The IBeatHootens contest lets viewers select winners of a series of games each week during football season. A weekly winner, who picks the most high school and college games correctly, receives $100. The tie-breaker will be determined by date and time of final game selections. The Hootens.com staff will include an entry and compete against the field. The overall winner will also be awarded a pair of tickets to a college bowl game.

Here are the IBeatHootens game rules:

1. All users must subscribe in order to participate in the competition.
2. All subscribers must have games selected by 7 p.m. every Friday. Users can edit their picks as often as necessary before the cut off time of 7 p.m. every Friday.
3. Any games on any week not selected will be counted against you in your overall score and percentage.
4. All results are calculated automatically. All results at the end of the competition are final.
5. Any and all disputes will be settled by Hooten Publishing, Inc. Questions and / or comments can be directed to info@hootens.com.
6. Each contestant is eligible for one weekly prize.
7. In the event of a tie resulting in more than one (1) Grand Prize winner, winners will be determined by date and time of registration. Early registrants have priority.
8. All ages can participate in the competition. Must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent to be eligible for the Grand Prize.
9. Offensive user names and their registrants will be removed without refund or notice.

11. The first week of the game, the points will not count so that people become used to the game and how it works.
