HOOTENS.COM GAME OF THE WEEK
No. 4 Springdale Har-Ber at No. 6 Rogers Heritage.

Heritage is 0-4 against Har-Ber since it started playing football in 2008, losing the past two years by a combined 105-7. But this is the best Heritage team, yet, because of its improved defense. The War Eagles create turnovers, including 11 interceptions so far. Junior safety Daniel Spickes leads a secondary that rotates five players. Coordinator Paul Wilson's 4-2-5 defense allows 20 points per game.
Heritage junior quarterback Josh Qualls (13 touchdown passes this fall) is ranked as the state's No. 2 recruiting prospect in the 2014 class by hootens.com. Heritage totaled 608 yards in last week's 70-21 win at Siloam Springs with Qualls rolling out, moving the pocket.

It was good preparation for Har-Ber.

A stout 3-man front leads Har-Ber's veteran defense. If it gets to Qualls, Har-Ber likely wins.
Har-Ber, which totaled just two touchdowns over the past two weeks, would like to limit Heritage's opportunities. FS Southside got the ball just twice in the second half at Har-Ber two weeks ago. An early Har-Ber lead hurts Heritage's chances.
Har-Ber dresses 43 seniors and starts 15 while Heritage has 24 seniors and starts nine.
Comparing scores: Heritage beat FS Southside 20-19 Week 1. Har-Ber beat FS Southside 10-7 Week 3.

7A/6A CENTRAL
GREENWOOD (35) at LR Parkview: Greenwood has won 28 in a row since losing losing Sept. 24, 2010 at Siloam Springs. Parkview has won 27 games since 2005.
FS SOUTHSIDE (14) at LR Catholic: Catholic ended a 5-game losing skid last week, beating hapless Hall, which has lost 10 in a row. Southside senior QB Isaac Jackson returns after a one-game suspension. Garrett Wolfe proved a capable backup in last week's 45-6 win over Parkview. Southside beat Catholic twice in 2008 but lost its last meeting 21-10 in 2009.
RUSSELLVILLE (11) at FS Northside: Russellville totaled 47 more yards than Conway last week but allowed a 96-yard kick return and lost 21-7. Russellville's defense has not allowed more than 17 points in a game this season. Northside gives up 54 points weekly. Russellville beat Northside 13-7 in their last meeting, the second round of the 2008 playoffs.
CONWAY (42) at LR Hall: Conway's Jeff Anderson (6-0, 220) scored all three TDs in the first half, including a 96-yard kick return, in a 21-7 win at Russellville last week. Anderson rushed for 229 yards two weeks ago in a 31-21 win over Cabot. Hall has scored 14 points this season and not won since Sept. 16, 2011.

7A/6A EAST
West Memphis at NORTH LR (12): North LR running back Altee Tenpenny, committed to Alabama, meets West Memphis linebacker Jarvis Cooper, the state's top junior prospect.
CABOT (9) at Marion: Dead T meets Diamond T. It should be over by 9 p.m. Marion's Diamond T attack averaged 14 points in losses to Lake Hamilton and Class 5A Wynne. Cabot's Dead T averaged 17.5 points in losses to Conway and North LR the past two Fridays.
JONESBORO (1) at LR Central: LR Central laid an egg two weeks ago at El Dorado (21-0) and gave up two TDs in the final minutes to lose last Friday at Searcy. Class 6A Jonesboro just beat Class 7A West Memphis for the second straight season.

7A/6A SOUTH
BRYANT (14) at Pine Bluff: These two have scrimmaged lately, but Bryant won the last regular-season meeting 30-12 at Pine Bluff in 2007. Bryant three-year starting QB Hayden Lessenberry set for another big night. Lessenberry, who has close to 4,000 career yards passing, chunked for 271 yards and four TDs in last week's 55-21 win over rival Benton. Pine Bluff gave up 240 yards passing last week but turned two Texarkana turnovers into points for a 23-17 win.

7A/6A WEST
FAYETTEVILLE (8) at Springdale: Injury-riddled Fayetteville will be without Brice Gahagans, the school's all-time leading rusher. Razorback commits Brooks Ellis and Alex Brignoni have also missed games this season. Ellis (dislocated kneecap) hopes to return this week. Springdale has lost back-to-back games, letting a 1-point lead in the fourth quarter slip away last Friday at Rogers.
Siloam Springs at BENTONVILLE (45): Conference newcomer Siloam gave up 70 points last Friday. Bentonville, riding a 20-game win streak in league play and starting 16 seniors, grabs 2.75 interceptions weekly. It held Har-Ber to 131 total yards after its first possession last week. Bentonville Sonic Super Team offensive tackle Trevor Foster (6-6, 280) is out for the season with a knee injury.
ROGERS (1) at Van Buren: Undefeated Rogers, rushing for 414 yards weekly, slowed Springdale late last Friday to win 47-42. It was only the fifth conference win for Rogers since 2006 and its first over the Bulldogs since 2007. Van Buren missed a field goal and threw two interceptions inside the 20 but still stayed close, losing at talented Fayetteville 27-13 last week.
Springdae Har-Ber at ROGERS HERITAGE (1). Game of the Week.
